Mr Mahesh Ghag hold a postgraduate degree in Sociology from Mumbai University which he procured in 1998. He has also completed a Pre Entrepreneurship Development Program (Pre EDP) conducted by Khadi & Village Industries (KVIC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India in December, 2015. Mr Ghag has close to 25 years of work experience in the social development sector. He has worked with both Non-Government Organisations as well as with Coprorates. His area of expertise includes women empowerment, skill building and counselling. Having also worked in sales and marketing, Mr Ghag has a keen understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and quality assurance. This knowledge provides him an advantage when working with colleges, government and private ITIs, Corporates and Centres for Vocational training to provide youth and women opportunities to build their skills and move towards self-employment. He is also involved in counselling and guiding students in their choice of vocation and employment. Mr Ghag is currently employed as Business Development Manager with Sanghavi Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Mr Ramchandra Adsule has a Masters degree in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai and over 20 years of work experience in the social development sector. During this time, he has worked with underprivileged children, adolescents, youth and women on issues related to health, nutrition, child rights and child protection. His deep commitment to building the capacity of the field teams that he supervises as well as the community stakeholders of the different project that he manages is seen from the fact that he has planned and organised many training programs for these groups. He has also worked closely with women to form Self Help Groups and link them to employment opportunities available through the government schemes and programs. Mr Adusle’s understanding of the problems and challenges faced by socially and economically marginalized groups like the Katkari tribes and Scheduled Castes emerges from the research studies that he has been conducted with such groups. He has also conducted a number of evaluation studies throughout his career. Mr Adsule has been working with Committed Communities Development Trust (CCDT) for over 15 years. He currently holds the post of Sr. Program Officer supervising over 36 field staff.

Dr. Dinu. S. Mathew received her doctorate in Counselling from London University. She has over 23 years of experience in social development sector as Faculty, Trainer, Training consultant, Social worker and Counsellor. She is currently the Director of Parivartan Charitable Society which works in the field of education and health for Tribals (Adivasi girls n women) in Karjat. Her organization is reaching out to 45 schools for parenting program. She works as a psychotherapist, running 3 clinics in Mumbai and Thane specializing in marital discord, academic and behavioural problems, psychological assessments for personality development and career guidance. She also provides counselling to children, youth and women from underprivileged areas in suburban Mumbai through 5 non-governmental organizations. She serves as a visiting faculty with the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi teaching a range of courses on counselling from basic skills to para professionals to advanced counselling to post graduate students. As a Consultant with DISHA Foundation, she works closely with education systems and children in Palghar. As a Training consultant, she has worked with international organisations and continues to work with charitable organisations, schools, colleges, corporates as well as churches in Mumbai. She has trained around 10,000 medical professionals in HIV/AIDS counselling in India under National Aids Control Organization (NACO). She has trained over 8,000 school parents through her Parent Management Program. Dr. Dinu Mathew was conferred the ‘Best Educationist 2016’ award by the International Human Rights Council. She is also a Maharashtra State Government recognised Resource Person for Youth Development and Training.

Mr. Shrinivas Sawant is a double Masters with a postgraduate degree in Social Work as well as a Masters in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) both from University of Mumbai. He has been working in the Development Sector for more than 27 years. Mr. Sawant is a founder trustee and honorary member of International Association for Children Development (IACD) which was established in 1990. Over the years, Mr. Sawant has worked with various reputed organizations like Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (MCED), Child Rights and You (CRY), Project Mainstream (Rotary International Project), Citizens Council for a Better Tomorrow (A joint venture by various corporates), Society for Service to Voluntary Agencies (SOSVA) and College of Social work at various capacities. A multifaceted person, Mr Sawant’s work experience covers a range of issues that include Disability, Health, Community Development, Child labor, Street Children, HIV and AIDS, Employment, CSR and Corporate fund raising, Entrepreneurship Development, Monitoring and Evaluations, Counseling, HR training and OD. His expertise includes fund raising both at the national and international level, designing CSR programs for Corporates to suit their vision and philanthropic needs. Mr Sawant lived in Toronto, Canada from April 2013 to October 2016 where he completed his post graduate diploma in Project Management and Business Analysis. Shrinivas worked with World Vision Canada as Gender Intern, Canadian Career College as Human Resource Manager and volunteered with various non-profit organization like Children’s Aid Society, Canada and Centre for Education and Training, Canada. Mr. Sawant also completed his Competent Leadership (CL) and Competent Communication (CC) program from Toast Masters International while in Canada. He is currently working as the General Manager at Tulsi Trust, Mumbai.
