We believe that every individual has the right to develop his/her potential to the fullest. However, many children, adolescents, youth and adults do not have access to opportunities to do so. We work to create these opportunities and link people to resources so that they can attain their full potential. We conduct certificate courses that enable young women and men to gain skills that enhance their employability. Women in India often face discrimination simply because they are women. Financial independence for women enables them to move towards gender parity. We train and assist women to fulfil their dreams by helping them establish social enterprises. Strong individuals contribute to a strong society, we are building a new strong and gender equal society, one individual at a time.

CARE has successfully completed its 30 batches of Social Work Course, Counselling Course, Elderly Care Course and Self-help Group Management Courses in last fifteen years with training around 2500 people from different fields. This course brings an insight to the issues and problems faced by the world and talks about different intervention strategies and best practices in the field of social work. The course emphasizes on practical fieldwork (100 hrs) in some reputed organizations with combination of theory classes. This course is planned to adjust to the present days’ requirements and it suits to the working people also.
