Partnership is a relationship where two or more individuals, organizations or institutions pool money, skills, and other resources, and share their learning to work towards common goal. Our society has many organizations, both governmental and non-governmentorganizations that work towards changing the society. However, many of them are small or middle level organizations who lack the resources to grow despite doing marvelous work at the grassroots. We work to empower small and middle level NGOs in Mumbai and Maharashtra by providing their staff with training and management skills through the Parivartan project. We also mentor them by providing technical assistance in planning, implementing, managing and evaluating projects as and when required.
